November was not just another month for John Dyda. It was a month defined by leadership, impact, and the kind of momentum that only forms when a team operates with purpose. As the driving force behind Statewide Windows and Doors, John guided his team through a series of powerful moments that elevated the company, strengthened community ties, and demonstrated what true success really looks like.
Here is a look at what John Dyda and his team accomplished this month.
Traveling to Colombia to Strengthen Partnerships and Raise Standards
At the start of November, John Dyda, along with Drew Goldsmith and key members of the Statewide leadership team, traveled to Barranquilla, Colombia to tour the ES factory, one of Statewide’s top and most trusted suppliers of impact glass.
During the visit, the team explored the ES production floor, met directly with engineers and innovators, reviewed quality control standards, and evaluated the next generation of window and door technology. They took a close look at advancements coming for the 2025 hurricane season and discussed ways to continue raising the standard for home protection in South Florida.
This trip was a reminder of the level of commitment John brings to his customers. When safety is the mission, you never settle. You stay ahead.

Giving Back With 200 Free Turkeys for Local Families
One of the most meaningful moments of the month came right before Thanksgiving, when John Dyda and the Statewide team hosted their first ever Thanksgiving Turkey Giveaway at the Boca Raton headquarters. What started as a simple idea turned into a powerful day that reflected the heart behind Statewide Windows and Doors.
Under John’s guidance, the team spent the afternoon giving away 200 free turkeys to local families who needed a little extra support during the holiday season. Parents left with gratitude, knowing they could put a Thanksgiving meal on the table without the financial pressure that often hits hardest this time of year. Kids walked away excited for the holiday, smiling and filled with energy from the event.
Most importantly, families left with a little less stress and a little more hope, reminded that their community and the people leading Statewide truly have their back.
For John, this is a real measure of success. You work, you rise, and then you use what you have earned to lift others.
In addition to the giveaway held at the Boca Raton headquarters, John and several members of the Statewide team went a step further. They personally hand delivered turkeys to families who were unable to travel to the event due to transportation challenges, work schedules, or other obstacles.
For John, it was important that no family in need was left behind. If someone could not come to the turkey drive, the turkey came to them. It was a simple act that carried a powerful message. Support should meet people where they are. And every family deserves to feel seen, valued, and taken care of during the holidays.

Supporting Meals of Hope and Feeding South Florida
John’s commitment to giving back continued later in the month when Statewide partnered with Palm Beach Harvest to support their Meals of Hope campaign. This project was focused on providing food for families facing hunger across South Florida, and the Statewide team was ready to contribute.
Together, the team helped package 10,000 meals that would be distributed to local households in need. Along with their hands-on involvement, Statewide also provided a donation to help Palm Beach Harvest advance their mission and continue meeting the rising demand for food assistance.
For John, this kind of work is not a seasonal gesture. It is a responsibility. It is part of the identity of a company that aims to make an impact beyond the walls of the business. November reinforced how powerful that responsibility can be when a team chooses to act with purpose and compassion.
Showing Appreciation to the Statewide Team
Leadership is not only about serving customers and communities. It is also about valuing the people who show up every day to make the mission possible. John and the Statewide leadership team made sure to take time this month to celebrate their team with a catered appreciation lunch.
John understands that Statewide’s growth and success are built by the individuals who give their best every single day. Recognizing and celebrating that effort is a core part of his leadership philosophy.
